Received PVC material and it is as tough and as strong as they say. I replaced the old vinyl fabric on a patio awning and it looks great and should last a long time. Flair Distribution Co. sent the product out to me in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely buy from them again.

Built a little backyard structure which did not require a permit in San Francisco as it was just a hundred square feet. Cool little dwelling with a rooftop turret featuring glass block clerestory windows. The thing was built so it could be disassembled and moved, and will shortly be bound for San Luis Obispo. The roof is very gently sloped for rain run off. For the first iteration I got some loose-lay floor vinyl which I cut to size and laid over the plywood, sealing the edges with a bead of caulk. Three years later the floor vinyl roofing is toast, totally delaminated, though it did weather a couple of winters without a leak. Couldn’t take the UV though. Looked into mineral paper for replacement but it felt too bulky, so I sent for this white rubberized roofing, which arrived without delay. Stripped off the floor vinyl roofing and cut the shapes with this new material. Easy to cut with a box cutter knife yet feels like a durable protective membrane. I like that it’s so reflective. Planning to lay it over the primed plywood as I did before, without adhesive under the whole span—it feels like it has enough heft to stay put, and sealing the edges with a bead of caulk feels sufficient to hold it in place. We shall see, but all indications are good so far.

Came in a box that looked like it was kicked around a lot but the membrane was intact. I immediately lay the membrane out and rolled it onto a empty Cobb from a sofa upholstery shop. How hard would it have been to cut the end straight, really come on?!?

Replacing worn out roof went with pvc arrived fast. Great quality will be installing soon I would definitely recommend flair distribution.
