The griddle is great for extended cooking. With two temperature dials, one side can be used for direct heat and searing, while the other can be used for warming with indirect heat. Our durable cast iron cooking surface is designed to give your meals the best cooking finish for even the most precise chefs.
Worried about cleaning this large griddle? Don't be! Cleaning is easy, simply wipe down your griddle, and don't forget to season it for proper cast iron cooking! With an easy-to-use waste reservoir, you can push grease and debris right into the hole on the cooking surface and empty it when finished.
